Initiate Your Request
Log into your BBF account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack all items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
